How to recognize a true Franklin & Marshall garment

Franklin & Marshall has been actively fighting against fake products for years.  It is not an easy battle, since counterfeiters are very quick and internet made copying a very simple action.
With the Spring/Summer 2012 Collection we introduced an hologram positioned on the internal label where also the fabric composition and the washing instructions are indicated. The hologram is a round Franklin & Marshall logo and it’s easily recognizable.
As said, it’s not easy to distinguish true labels from fake labels, so let’s give you some advices on how to make sure you are purchasing a true Franklin & Marshall:
• Look carefully at the quality of the garment, with focus on details like prints, embroideries, vintage washes and so on. Franklin & Marshall is the company that introduced the usage of  printing techniques such as crock flock and of embroideries and applications made of tackle twill, that we source exclusively from the only producer existing  in the world.
• Ninety five per cent of our garments are made in Italy, so look at the Country of origin. Nylon jackets and some trousers maybe an exception
• Be sure you purchase our products from certified offline dealers (use the dealer locator function on the website and the information about our flagship stores and corners)
• Be aware that the only official online shop for Franklin & Marshall clothing is www.franklinandmarshall.com
• We are present with our products in the offer of the most important high end online shops, be sure you are checking them out
• Do not trust websites offering our products at very high discount rates
• We do not have any Customer Service in China, everything is located in Italy. Do not trust any source of information referring you to Call Centres or Help Desks located outside Italy

We hope to have provided you with some important information. We will always be here for you in case of doubts and questions!
