Purchasing Guide

Once you have selected the articles of clothing you wish to purchase, specifying size and colour chosen, you can view your complete order in the Shopping Trolley. In the Shopping Trolley you will find:

  • An overview of selected products: indications of size, colour, quantity. At this point you can still add, delete or edit the selected products.
  • Shipping costs: indicating the amount of any shipping costs.

  • Methods of Payment Accepted
    VISA,MASTERCARD, MAESTRO,AMERICAN EXPRESS, PAYPAL

During the completion of the order, you will be asked by the handler of our payments for details to complete the transaction.
Once you have completed payment you will receive an email confirmation with your order number, details of the individual items, the type of payment chosen and the procedure to be followed in case of returns.

The amount you spend will be charged only to your credit card upon shipment.

ORDER STATUS

You can track your order directly in the personal area:

  • In Process: The order is being prepared in our warehouse.
  • Confirmed: The order has been fully processed by our logistics team and is ready to ship.
  • Shipped: As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with the fiscal document what you have purchased and the shipping tracking id. For more information on delivery times please click here

Upon delivery, we ask you to check that the number of parcels corresponds with what is written on the receipt, that they are not damaged or tampered with. Should there be any problems please tell us what happened at customercare@franklinandmarshall.com

If at the time of delivery, at the address indicated, there is no one to receive the order and sign the receipt, the courier will leave a notice to schedule a new delivery date. There are up to a maximum of three delivery attempts, after which the goods will return to the sender. In these circumstances the cost of the goods will be refunded while the cost of shipping remains the responsibility of the customer.

CHANGE ORDER

In the event there are any mistakes in the shipping address given, we ask that you promptly contact our customer service department at the address customercare@franklinandmarshall.com

In the event you are not satisfied, you can return any product purchased without having to specify the reason. For more information click here
